Local Delivery Policy - Broward County Only

1. Delivery Area
Local delivery is available exclusively within Broward County, Florida. Please verify that your delivery address is within this area before ordering. Orders outside Broward County are ineligible for local delivery but may qualify for standard shipping (see Shipping Policy) or local pickup (see Local Pickup Policy).
2. Delivery Fee
A flat $10 delivery fee applies to all local deliveries within Broward County. This fee must be paid in advance before the order is processed or dispatched. No exceptions.
3. Payment Requirements

Online Payment: All payments must be completed online at the time of purchase. No cash or in-person payments are accepted.

Failure to pay the delivery fee (paid via Cashapp) will result in the order not being processed or delivered.
4. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of the delivery fee.

Deliveries are typically completed within 2-3 business days from processing, depending on order volume and scheduling.

Delivery occurs Tuesday through Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, and Saturday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM. No deliveries are made on Sunday, Monday, or holidays.

Same-day delivery is not available unless explicitly stated.

A confirmation email or text with an estimated delivery window will be sent once the order is scheduled.
5. Delivery Requirements

A valid Broward County delivery address must be provided at checkout.

Someone must be present to receive the order during the delivery window. If no one is available, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next available day, with an additional $5 re-delivery fee.

After two failed delivery attempts, future deliveries will not be permitted, and only shipping or pickup options will be available.

Deliveries are made face-to-face. Drivers are not responsible for bringing packages inside or to specific locations within a building.
6. Order Verification

To prevent fraud, we may verify the recipient’s identity with a valid ID upon delivery.

Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact information. Modish Mode Gallery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Returns and Refunds

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours at mmgdelivery@shopwmmg.com with photos and order details.

Non-defective item returns are subject to our standard Return Policy (available on our website).

The $10 delivery fee is non-refundable, including for returns or cancellations after dispatch.
8. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified before the delivery fee is paid and processing begins.

After the delivery fee is paid, cancellations or modifications incur a 10% restocking fee.

No cancellations or modifications are allowed after the order is dispatched.
9. Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or other uncontrollable factors (e.g., vehicle issues, road closures). We will notify you promptly and reschedule as needed.

Modish Mode Gallery is not liable for delays beyond our control.
10. Customer Conduct

We prioritize our delivery team’s safety. Disrespectful, threatening, or unsafe behavior toward drivers may result in delivery cancellation and refusal of future service.

Customers must ensure the delivery location is safe and accessible (e.g., no aggressive pets, clear pathways).
