Pickup Hours

Tuesday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Closed for Pickup: Mondays and major holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Order Processing

Local pickup orders are typically ready on the same day or within 24 hours of purchase, depending on order volume and item availability.

A confirmation email or text will be sent when your order is ready, including the pickup address and instructions.
Payment

All orders must be paid in full online at the time of purchase. No cash or in-person payments are accepted.
Pickup Requirements

A valid photo ID matching the name on the order is required at pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 72 hours of receiving the pickup confirmation notification.

If you cannot pick up within 72 hours, contact us at mmglocalpickup@shopwmmg.com to request an extension. Extensions are granted at our discretion and may not exceed 48 additional hours.
Non-Compliance Policy

If an order is not picked up within 72 hours and no extension is requested, we will attempt to contact you via email or text.

If no response is received within 24 hours of our outreach, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee.

Customers who repeatedly fail to pick up orders without notification may be prohibited from using local pickup or delivery services for future orders.
Additional Guidelines

Authorized Pickup: If someone other than the order placer is picking up, notify us in advance at mmglocalpickup@shopwmmg.com with the authorized person’s name and contact information. They must present a valid photo ID.

Order Verification: Review your order confirmation email for accuracy. Modish Mode Gallery is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete order information.

Safety and Conduct: Customers must follow staff instructions and adhere to posted health and safety guidelines during pickup.

Lost or Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon pickup. Report any issues with missing or damaged items within 24 hours to mmglocalpickup@shopwmmg.com for resolution.
