Local Pickup Policy

Pickup Location

  • Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33060

  • The exact pickup address will be provided via email or text once your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Hours

  • Tuesday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Friday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • Closed for Pickup: Mondays and major holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

Order Processing

  • Local pickup orders are typically ready on the same day or within 24 hours of purchase, depending on order volume and item availability.

  • A confirmation email or text will be sent when your order is ready, including the pickup address and instructions.

Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full online at the time of purchase. No cash or in-person payments are accepted.

Pickup Requirements

  • A valid photo ID matching the name on the order is required at pickup.

  • Orders must be picked up within 72 hours of receiving the pickup confirmation notification.

  • If you cannot pick up within 72 hours, contact us at mmglocalpickup@shopwmmg.com to request an extension. Extensions are granted at our discretion and may not exceed 48 additional hours.

Non-Compliance Policy

  • If an order is not picked up within 72 hours and no extension is requested, we will attempt to contact you via email or text.

  • If no response is received within 24 hours of our outreach, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee.

  • Customers who repeatedly fail to pick up orders without notification may be prohibited from using local pickup or delivery services for future orders.

Additional Guidelines

  • Authorized Pickup: If someone other than the order placer is picking up, notify us in advance at mmglocalpickup@shopwmmg.com with the authorized person’s name and contact information. They must present a valid photo ID.

  • Order Verification: Review your order confirmation email for accuracy. Modish Mode Gallery is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete order information.

  • Safety and Conduct: Customers must follow staff instructions and adhere to posted health and safety guidelines during pickup.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon pickup. Report any issues with missing or damaged items within 24 hours to mmglocalpickup@shopwmmg.com for resolution.
